If you haven’t got a chance to read last news about official Pokemon TCG mobile app for collectors and people who wants to keep track on their collection, you should read this info here:

But if you want to get your hands without reading, we can tell you that first official applications is released worldwide from 8.02.2019 and available to download from App Store on iOS and Google play on Android devices.
The app allows TCG players to browse and discover cards from the Pokémon TCG: Sun & Moon Series, including all expansions and promo cards available to date!
Unfortunately there is no backward compatibility but hope we can get that soon.
Also one missing thing is backup. There is no way to backup information stored in application.
Pokemon you should do something with that!
